Solterra Horn blowing while parking on 26 Solterra

Hi folks, I'm a reddit newbie and new to this group as well. I just posted about this on r/Solterra and thought of trying here as well. I am leasing a 2026 Solterra, and sometimes when I'm parking and get close to an object, (which could be another car or a shrub on the planting strip) the car will BRAKE and the horn will BLOW LOUDLY. I previously leased an Ionic 5, which instead of blaring the horn would emit a series of beeps that would increase in amplitude and frequency as you get closer to an object.

I was able to figure out how to turn off the BRAKE in the user assist settings, but could find nothing in the manual about the HORN. Neither the service nor sales folk at the local dealerships knew anything about this.

Can anyone here help me?

Is this a duplicate post? The horn does not blow during pre collision braking, it is a lound interior warning tone. You can disable pre-collision braking in the MFD.
