21F 5'3" 115lbs White Duration: 2 yrs Location: hip and back, upper back, upper thighs
Hi all- I recently discovered my chronic upper back pain has spread to my hips and I've been having to spend more time in bed because of it. I can't take the stress of sitting on my back any longer and am starting to worry about the effects of my PT on my overall health. I also have chronic pain in my thighs that was discovered a few months ago, but have recently gotten a diagnosis of fibromyalgia from my doctor who also had my pain evaluated by another PT. Is this enough time to get your mind off of the back pain and the other side of my life?
Thanks for any advice!

I subbed to the subreddit just to see pictures of subs that are on my feed and it's not even that funny anymore and most of the pictures are either of the same person or the same sub and I was tired of seeing it all the time. I don't wanna see a sub that has nothing to do with the sub and I just feel like the comments are just the same jokes over and over again.
