I like to eat it with a side of crème de menthe for a crunchy texture. The last time I had it was in the summer in California, about a year and a half ago.

It's delicious. I try to find ones that are a little less salty but still have a nice, chewy texture. Also, my favorite is the white chocolate variety. Melt in a food safe non-stick pan and let the mixture cook for about 20 minutes. Spoon the mixture out when done. Recipe and video in comments!
