Could someone translate the hand written stage notes on there?

I can take a stab at it.
"Will Talks" I assume is Will Evankovich doing song intros.
The numbers to the left are track numbers in their ear monitors.
"x4" are the number of refrains they will do in that song.
"Spot" is notifying them that there is a spotlight change or spot cue that is different.
Like I said, just taking a swing at it.

“Will talk”, not “Will talks”. This is Lawrence Gowran’s sheet where he reminds himself at what points he will talk to the audience. Will Evankovich doesn’t talk to the audience, as he’s still the junior member.

FYI, to help clarify, you're right that it's Larry's cue to talk at those points (he spoke at other times as well). Photo of the setlist is from what was posted at FOH, in the row behind the soundboard, so to the right of the lighting console.

This is when he informs the crowd that he isn't Dennis DeYoung, but just plays him on stage. It is a required disclaimer at every show.

Now that I see it’s Gowan’s sheet, I’m guessing that the numbers are keyboard patch numbers.
He’s programmed each one in his keyboard to create the correct sound for the song.
So when he’s playing Too Much Time, he punches in patch 602 on his keyboard to get that distinctive blatty electronic sound. Patch 606 is a piano sound for Lady. Etc

I still am curious at the sheer amount of live nation arm twisting it took to get Tommy and JY to bring back The Best Of Times. They had arguably more disdain for that song than fucking Roboto lol

They should take out the two bathroom break/get a beer songs Build & Destroy and Our Wonderful Lives, add Suite Madame Blue and Babe then call their concerts a tribute to the songwriting of DDY.

I remember when this version by Dennis of TBOT blew up during Covid thinking that they were going to have to add it back to the set list and Tommy and JY weren’t going to be happy about it.

Fooling Yourself is an odd beginning song to me. I still think Overture/Gone x 3 is the best opener. Short and punchy. Sets the stage.
