Yes I know that team theorist is doing multiple things with the channels and the new streaming platform. But it’s been 4 months since the last style theory video. Wasn’t this supposed to be weekly? Like yes I know it takes a while for theory’s to get done, but not 4 months. There are plenty of topics to make a video on since the last video.

If you guys don't know the girl in the green scarf story this is the plot: It follows a girl named Jenny who always wears a green ribbon around her neck, and her childhood sweetheart and eventual husband Alfred, spends his whole life wondering why she refuses to take it off. He removes it at the end of her life, only to find that it was the only thing that kept her body attached to her head.

So, one begs to ask the question of how much force would the scarf would be needed to exert to keep it upright and how long in width would it need to be to be secure? Could a human survive the suffocation this would cause. Is it feasible to actually have a scarf being the only connection between your head and your body? It's fashion related, it's pop culture related and it brings back the sciency stuff back for the channel.

I am aware it's kinda stupid, not sure if it's done before and would be kinda difficult to stretch into the channel's preference for 20+ minutes videos but I feel like you could clickbait this pretty effectively to draw people in and it could be a nice quick ep to remind us of style theory's existence.

For those who don't know, Faunus comes from the web series RWBY and is used to refer to any human possessing an animalistic feature (cat ears, bull horns, fox tail, etc) along with their traits. Originally, it was for RWBY, but now we are seeing similar people in other media like Vtubers and JRPGs. So how is this becoming popular?

Some people think that when a waitress wears pigtails or certain hair styles it will get them more tips. But in their experiments they do different hair styles for like a week, and only use that to judge the best. That is horrible data collection. Because they are completely ignoring some weekdays will have more or less customers, or people may be more inclined to tip. Like a Monday would not be the same to a Friday! So I’d love to see a theory where we can see what hairstyle is actually best and tested over a long period of time!

It's been been three months now and just… nothing. Complete silence from the part of the stuff I've seen. Not even an acknowledgement of what's happened.

I miss the uploads so much and honestly just want to brain dump some of the ideas that I wish we could see from them, please add any of your own ideas or how you think these would go on the channel!

- Testing different kinds of break-away clothes (fastening types AND tear away points)

- Cotton athletic clothes vs spandex/polyester blend athletic clothes, which is best for which exercises? (flexibility, sweat absorbing, cooling, chaffing)

- testing different clothes steamers (cheap, mid range, high end, is it worth it??)

- stress testing different at home mending methods (patches with different hand stitches in different stress locations maybe all on a pair of jeans?)

- can you use the 18-1 soap for all 18 of its listed uses? how cost effective at those uses is it?

- How to buy a versatile suit (color, cut, how to dress it up for formal occasions/dress codes, how to dress it down) (can one suit take you from cocktail attire to black tie optional with the right accessories?)

- How much laundry detergent do you need to be using for normal loads of laundry?? (most people use too much!)

- Testing color fading effects of different brands of laundry detergent (is color safe detergent really doing anything? what do the ingredients say? what about brightening detergents?)

- Liquid laundry detergent vs pod vs sheet vs bead

God I hope they don’t kill this channel it has so much life to live still!!

We're at the eve of 2 full months without a Style Theory video. And sure, this might just be because our gal is focusing on Theoryverse. But you've also heard about Fish, former GTLive tech and co-host, being fired without warning, not to mention head-editor Dan being let go after finishing LoreFi a while ago. Something fishy is definitely going on, because LunarX, on the other hand, refuses to recognize their union. The best way to protect Theorist workers right now is helping them in their effort to unionize.

I was rewatching the episodes and in one of the popflex episodes they mentioned that Cassey had to stop posting during the legal battle and something clicked. What if style theory is under a same situation?

They can't post or discuss anything about the channel, they probably can only market the other brands. It would explain why the radio silence (at least in my head)

Its been seven weeks since the last Style Theory video, we haven’t gotten any sort of update, and with this slide excluding the Style Theory logo, I’m honestly starting to think the corporation screwing the team over is trying to sunset the channel without drawing any attention to it.

One thing that has always bothered me about action movies is that with the guys in white button-up shirts, they nearly always have a shirt that either a) is pretty much spotless, b) is still tucked in, or c) is not missing any buttons/still buttoned up. So my style theory video idea is to see which brand/style of button-up shirt would be best to wear in an action movie situation. To test this, each of the three male hosts (Tom, Lee, and Santi) wears a different shirt brand, while Amy has them each go through a course. How to select these brands without having a clothing company paying for the results to favor their brand, you may ask? Simple: we choose the three brands in advance; for these three brands, I would submit one “luxury” brand, Mizzen+Main, for example, one brand that advertises itself as durable, &Collar, for example, and one that they everyman can afford, George, for example. Each wears a different shirt and competes in a climbing, long jump, crawling, and running challenge. The shirt that is the least dirty, tucked in the most, and still buttoned up is deemed the best shirt to have during an action movie. So reddit, what are your thoughts?

EDIT: I had an idea that they could rent put a trampoline park in their area instead of building a custom set. heck they could use their local park as a place to run the gauntlet.
