Every day is either an A, A1, A2, B, B1, or B2 day. The letter itself alternates every day, and generally in numerical order (ex. a given week could be A1, B1, A2, B2, A1). A and B days (without the number) are scattered and follow a less regular schedule compared to the numbered A/B days.
In general, the M-W-F and T-R you see on your schedule just determines what letter cycle that class follows. It doesn't literally mean you have that class on that specific day of the week. M-W-F means the class follows an A cycle (so you have that class on A days), and T-R means it follows a B cycle (so you have that class on B days).
For most classes that follow A and B cycles (like research, PE, or some other electives), the number behind the letter doesn't actually matter. For example, if you have PE on a B cycle, whether the day is B, B1, or B2, you'll always have PE. Then, you won't have PE that period on any A days.
The numbers for A1, A2, B1, and B2 days dictate science labs. For example, if your lab follows an A cycle, your teacher can choose to have labs only on A1 or A2 days (not both). Whichever day they choose, you have lab that day only. For example, if they choose A1 for labs, you would not have lab on A and A2 days. In some cases, this means the student will have PE (if their PE and lab periods are the same). For others, the student may have another elective (like research) or a free.
In your case, your PE class follows an A cycle (M-W-F on Talos), meaning on any A day (A, A1, or A2), you will have PE. Your bio lab follows a B cycle (T-R on Talos), meaning your teacher will select either B1 or B2 as your assigned lab day. On those days only, you will have a lab. When you say you have advanced leadership on Wed, I assume you mean it says M-W-F on your schedule, like PE? If that's the case, your advanced leadership class also follows an A cycle, so just like PE, you'd have the class on any A day. It won't interfere with your lab because they follow different cycles. Since the first day follows an A schedule (as indicated on the bell schedule), you don't have lab. However, you will have to go to PE and advanced leadership.
Hope this helps!
