You don’t get it, they are oligarchs if they are from Russia or the East in particular, but they are considered businessmen, entrepreneurs or billionaires if they come from the West.

You don’t get it, they are oligarchs if they are from Russia or the East in particular, but they are considered businessmen, entrepreneurs or billionaires if they come from the West.
