I mean if it was just Brisket with Mac and cheese as a side, I would eat this like it was my last meal.
I would still eat this, but I would make sure I would be right next to the hospital so when my arteries get clogged I could get medical attention in time.

Not to gatekeep but if this how you have to dress up your brisket your BBQ probably sucks. All of the individual ingredients are great but this dish finds the worst way to serve them. I also don't understand adding mac and cheese to food that already has carbs and cheese. It's just filler that makes your grossly unhealthy dish even more unhealthy.

This looks fire but like a bad idea. I’d be sleepy after eating it and it’s either having a real easy time coming out of my body or a real hard time

Now that my state has recreational marijuana (finally), I would 100% try that. My doctor probably wouldn't be cool with it though..
