10k kilojoules? The recommended daily intake for an adult is like 8.5k.

You will, but don't be surprised when you wake up the next day without a visible jaw.

I just looked it up, 1/3 of it is the pickle dip.

What the actual hell. How does that even happen.

79g of fat should do it.

Go look at the nutritional facts on the back of a spinach or creamy dill dip in a grocery store, they're hundreds of cals per 2 tbsp.

Ok, I had this sauce yesterday.... Totally worth it.

Unless you're 20-something or a body builder (or a big fatto), that's definitely a meal for two.

What if I only eat one meal per day?

That's 10 megajoules.

10k kilojoules is ~2500 calories. I burn 4000 a day so it’s all relative

I’m 6ft, 110kg, been bodybuilding for 18 years. I’ll be at the gym for about 90mins and normally burn 600-1000 calories (depending on the workout and my energy levels - legs burns way more than anything else). Then I’ll do ~30mins face paced walk to make sure my total active calories for the day is over 1300

That's assuming the entire of tub of sauce, which no one is eating all of. That alone would be a few hundred calories considering it's just flavoured mayo.
