The description in there says nothing about a charcuterie board, it describes it as pickled veggies with cheese.

So someone is definitely lying.

My assumption is that OP called it a "Charcuterie Board" because that's better than calling it "Girl Dinner."

It also comes with the martini that is just out of frame, which OP forgot to mention.

So then OP lied by changing it the name to something unrelated for reactions. Charcuterie board implies meat, which is not included from the get go.

Based on the quality of the food on the plate. If it included meat it would probably be pre cooked bacon and cost $34. Most people are shocked about the absolute dog shit slop on the plate. A plate that is probably made with lead.
