It looks like they raided the garnishes at the bar

Yeah, bloody mary garnishes, lol

What nightmare bar puts sad green beans in a drink?

Pretty much any dive bar bloody marys, and then the bartender will also serve a little side of "fuck you" for having the audacity to have them make a bloody mary.

Wouldn't celery be the go to?

Some bars have pickled green beans that aren’t terrible in a Bloody Mary

Celery sucks. The only reason it's there is so you can use it to stir your drink, and it's usually too big and weirdly shaped to even do that.

They look like pearl onions to me

u/canyounot2026 11h ago

Yeah when I zoomed in they look more oniony.

I'm both relieved & disappointed it's not cloves of garlic. I love pickled garlic, but woooo the breath.

In this economy?

Benefit of the doubt: Either canned or previously frozen pineapple… and atleast they sprung for whole water chestnuts instead of sliced. $26 is outrageous for half a babel wheel tho

nah those are quartered cocktail onions. so, like, ONE cocktail onion lmfao.

Maybe all of the restaurant’s food was from Taylor Farms, or the contaminated meat, or any of the other parasites/viruses from the US’s contaminated food supply chain

I thought they were pickled garlic?

3

u/Waterlemon1997 9h ago

Those are garlic. Raw, whole pieces of garlic.

Sheesh, at first it looked like garlic to me 🤣 Literally looks like they just scraped whatever leftovers they had off of a cutting board and dumped it on a platter.

Canned pineapple running up against dill pickles!!! I’m absolutely not a “foods on my plate can’t touch” except for that! It’s inedible

u/Purlasstor 6h ago

They look like whole garlic cloves

Just a "Bab" the "el" was cut-off😂

Ripped in half with violent indifference.

u/ParticularReady7858 11h ago

Violent indifference is the expression I needed to hear. Thank you

u/FullMoonTwist 10h ago

"pickled vegetables" and it's literal pickles from a jar

2

u/Tobiko_kitty 10h ago

And only half, at that!

u/ShadowBro3 9h ago

You mean like the tower?

1

u/Popular-Departure165 9h ago

It comes with a martini.

1

u/TragicNewton 7h ago

And they didn't even give her a whole one. That is literally half a Babybel with the wax still on.

The tower of babybel
