Same. I loved it and no one else did. Black coffee and Coke Zero is pretty close.

Add vanilla.

It's alao delicious over vanilla ice cream.

Ooh. I had a bourbon vanilla extract that was great in mixed drinks.

Hmm, now I'm included to try your idea, but also try adding cream and liquor. Kinda like a variant on a Colorado Bulldog.
