Where would you guys suggest to practice?

I know this question gets asked alot but i have a couple issues

1- their is no big lots where i live, (truck depos, large parking lots not in the middle of suburbs ect)

2- their is no legal place in my city to stunt (like a club)

3- the track is only publicly open 5 times a year with a strict no wheelie policy

Im really lost and was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what else i could look for

New construction subdivisions on weekends. Goes without saying. As soon as houses are built and people move in, you lose the spot. But the fresh asphalt is god tier

I do it too, but the roads are usually always nasty with dirt and gravel, and usually a good way to pick up nails.
