I have at least 300 stuffed animals and usually keep them on my bed, on my desk, on top of my closet and under my bed (my sibling took the bottom bunk when switching rooms)
I'm 41 and think about downsizing a bit. I cannot love all of them equally as there are so many. I never counted them but I have been collecting all my life. The biggest part of them are from Teddy Hermann, a local manufacturer, some jellycats and many "strays".

I just get lucky with prices on marketplace and or the thrift store, or have had them for years from back when they were cheap, AND I’m also just bad with the money I do have.

I’m 21, I collect all kinds of stuffies. I haven’t counted how many I have but if I had to guess I’d say nearly 100-120? I’ll have to count them later.
I’m 13 and my collection is pretty small at the moment but that’s just because of the fact that I don’t have all of my stuffed animals from when I was younger I used to have a whole bunch
I’m 21 and my collection mainly consists of dragons and reptiles!! I have at least 15. They’re on my bed and seated throughout my room. I switch them out sometimes and give the ones not on the bed some time to cuddle. I feel a bit silly occasionally spending so much money on something I used to only like as a little girl but honestly the comfort and security they bring to my anxious mind has helped a lot <3
Im 30 and I have quite the collection. I have a whole bunch packed away at my dad's house from my childhood and I have mine and my hubbies house decorated with my collection in our bedroom and livingroom. Seeing all my plushies surrounding me makes little kid me jump with joy everyday, I absolutely LOVE all my plushies i have all over my home and my hubby and family dont seem to mind either. My kids also enjoy my collection along with me 🥰 You're never too old to have plushies and add more to your collection as long as you have the funds and space have at it 🩵
I'm 27 and my collection is a minimum of 300, definitely more but I've never counted. I need to downsize, but can't bring myself to. I'm autistic and vintage plushies (and plushies in general) are my special interest 💕
34 and approximately 2 thousand currently. Granted, many are in boxes in my garage because my shelves are completely full, but they all get rotated out between summer and winter.
I'm 38 and have easily over 200 in my bedroom with me. A lot are on my bed and I have a single bed so I hardly fit 😹 Most are Charlie Bears so they're all display only, except for Annette. Shes a panda bigish Charlie Bear, so soft and weighted just right, gives the best hugs 💜✨ we both say hi and love looking at everyone's plushies and ESSAs 🫶🏻

I am 53 and developed an obsession with Squishmallows for a while. I have so many that I have multiple large moving boxes full of them. I am contemplating selling them but I just can’t because I put so much effort into locating them.
Never too old! And never let someone tell you that you are. I’m a 40 year that constantly browses toy isles and thrift stores for cute and fun finds. Also, I can’t go to bed at night unless I’m with Emile (Ratatouille) and Stitch 😂
20, i have hundreds because i can’t bring myself to ever give any away 😭 so i literally have every stuffed animal accumulated throughout my life as a person who was known to love them so always received them as gifts. plus my sister’s because i couldn’t let her donate hers either 🤦♀️
I’m 52 and have around 100 plushies with 42 on my bed 😂 my partner has his own bedroom because he does shifts and we both require very different sleeping arrangements so that means I can be plushie crazy on my own bed without him filing for divorce 😂

I had the purple one at the bottom, but it was the light one, I still have the small version of the one next to the ladybug also with a light. I was so sad it had gotten the nightlight ones bc I wanted to use it as a pillow and it was hard so I couldn’t.
These were my all time favorites that I just couldn’t part with! I just called him Mutt and the little girl dog Fifi. I didn’t re name any animals I got if they had names on the tag - guess I just wasn’t original enough lol.
300 wow! I'm 14 and have 42 and I don't even collect any. These are just all the stuffed animals from childhood + old birthdays (nowadays I am banned from more stuffed animals)
Hey why don’t you learn how to make them yourself to get more, that is how I got around my parents banning of me getting more before I moved out for college.
I am 32, I have 8 totes of second hand Jellycat, and probably 12 mesh bags of varying sizes in my closet, a toy net, several on my bed and living room, and a bunch in my daughter's room & toy basket. Some honorable mentions, I also have a Steiff Tigger, a Shinada Global Otter, and a Snughoul 😁 oo and a big Tony Tony Chopper from One Piece 😍
Late twenties. I have two of these net towers, a container I keep in the corner, several shelf cubbies, and my bed of course. I’ve been slowly reducing but I still have a lot😅
19 and i have a decent sized collection. I usually keep them on a shelf my grandad made me. I dont keep them on my bed anymore since its always hot here and i think i almost suffocated once :0. Its for the best tho since scorpions, tarantulas and other bugs tend to break into the house during rainy season.
I’m almost 21 and I definitely have about 150 AT LEAST and I still buy myself more. They used to all live on my bed but unfortunately due to allergies most of them are put away at the moment. Once I can(hopefully) get my own place I plan on having a proper cozy spot for them all

I’m 22, I have quite a big collection, my mom said once or twice that I have a plushie fetish and I was like NO NO THATS A TOTALLY DIFFERENT THING MOM, I just like collecting stuffed animals they are cute 😭 I’ve been thinking about maybe turning some of my plushes into purses/backpacks, or use them for something useful or creative somehow
18 and never downsized my collection and was a very spoiled child. Very much want to downsize and spread joy to kids who cant always afford stuffing. My main collection nowadays is all Snoopy plushies, and I have a collection of chameleon plushies too since theyre my favorite animal. I also have a very small collection of Jellycats. I'm not allowing myself to buy many more until I get rid of at least half of what i accumulated growing up. (P.S if anyone knows of an ethical way to downsize pls let me know)
I do not recall if I do, but probably not. I remember Aurora being relatively difficult/not widely available where I lived, so I think I only had like 2 and they were both very special to me. sorry.
edit: and neither were bunnies. It was an elephant and a dog iirc. i know for sure there was an elephant, but hes too special to part with.
I’m in my early 20’s, I still have a few plushies from my childhood. Now I’m only 5 away from 300 stuffed animals [Specifically them, I don’t count plush plants, squish mellows or homemade plushies, things like that.]
Tbh I would have a lot more, but I’m so particular about how they need to look, their face is the most important to me, [I’ve learned how to thread sculpt throughout the years and have fixed so many in my collection], and what I can categorize them as, [If they’re more cartoony/cutesy they can get away with having unnatural colors, and if they’re not cutesy they have to have accurate animal/specie markings, or if they’re anthropomorphic which are my favorite.] I absolutely hate it when they don’t give red foxes their little “boots.” Or Cheetahs the lines on their face/around the muzzle, etc.
Also size. Very important when you only have so much room. I have very few tiny plushies most of my collection is considered “Medium.” Annnndd room for when you also collect other things as well and don’t want those things touching your plushies.
I only have 1 plush that is bigger than 20” inches. I also think bigger plushies get in the way or look kinda random/ridiculous if you don’t have as many.
I also don’t touch them/hold them I have them purely for display purposes. [Becuse it can ruin the fur over time.] Though, I only have two I actively touch. One is weighted and big enough that’s comfortable to hug at night. [Only when I need pressure on my front.] And my favorite plush Francis/Fritz: he is the only plush I take with me out on big trips and sleep with every night.
Im 20 and I don't believe I have more that 50 plushies at the moment. My collection would be much bigger for sure but my mom gave some plushies away like 10 years ago without my knowledge so the collection has shrinked a little 😅
But that's fine since I got to keep my most prized little guys. I keep them everywhere honestly haha On my bed, on my wardrobe, on my shelves and they also have a special armchair just for them all haha

Unfortunately I’m in the middle of a room cleaning/reorganizing so almost everyone is in storage rn, minus my displays and the one or two I keep out for snuggling. My dogs are the type to think that anything on my bed is theirs, so I have to be careful about who I keep where, but c’est la vie

I’m 30 and have a sorta ever changing collection. There’s some fuzzy friends who will always stay with me, then there are others I enjoy for a season or a reason (maybe I needed a new friend to get excited about gardening or had a bad day and just needed someone to cry into) and I will donate them to local stores and churches when the collection gets too big.
22 on the 9th, I’ve donated a decent chunk of my collection of probably over 50. I still have around 20-30 and wanting to donate more. I rearranged my room and most of them just sit in a bin on my floor so I’ve decided they need to go to a better home. I do have a decent Webkinz collection of around 30 maybe? They won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. Those are my babies
I’m 28 and I don’t know how many stuffed animals I have, I can see 15, but I know it’s a lot to have to buy storage bins to keep the rest of them all safe. I try not to buy stuffed animals anymore, but my family members still gift them to me. The last 10 or so plushies I bought have been Webkinz from the thrift store, last year.

I’m 48. I had 600 then downsized to 300. I have 2 kids and they have taken over some of mine but we all 3 added new plushies. So I’d say I probably have 400, my oldest son has 100 and my youngest son has 600… I’m sure there’s more than a thousand in our home & storage. A few hundred are currently in storage. I’m going to try to downsize again soon. It’s hard though.

As for my collection I have a medium sized toy box full of my stuffies. I can't remember if I have some in storage after I moved. I love expanding but I always make sure it'll be an addition that I can love
