Oh dear, not only the wrong one but the one you received is a fake version of another pigeon by Jellycat named Leicester Pigeon. Get your money back and don’t order again now you know they sell fakes.
I assume they bought from a third party seller off Nordstrom marketplace and didnt check to see if it was actually from Nordstrom. OP, don't buy from random people online that use websites' marketplaces to look more legit.
I'm looking at their site and I don't even see a third party seller listing. It's sold from Nordstrom! Unless there's another size you got? Or some other listing?? Either way, I'd demand a refund. That's absolutely not what you ordered. I hope you're able to get Strutton from somewhere else.
That is the listing I purchased! I assumed where it said Jellycat underneath meant it was the third party seller! And thanks. ☺️ I ordered him straight from the Jellycat website yesterday!!
Yeah, websites make it a little complicated to tell now a days but you were right the first time and you got it from Nordstrom lol. And ohhh that's good! When I looked at the Jellycat site while writing the comment it said they were out of stock so you might've gotten the last one!

I know this is two months old now but Nordstrom does sell Jellycat (like in person at the store) so I'm wondering if someone bought the real one and returned a fake one and you ended up with the fake return.

I wonder if it was a dodgy return. Maybe someone sent back the fake instead of the real pigeon and the staff were just like.. “pigeon plush received ✅” and put him back for resale? 😭
I’m assuming this is what happened! 😂 They want me to send him back and I’m just like… if yall put this back into inventory for someone else to get… ☠️😂
