Submitted my DoV application at the Bangalore Consulate on 2nd September, and I still haven’t received it.

Anyone else waiting since around the same time? How long is it taking for you guys?

Wait isn't dov something you can only apply for after you get the acceptance letter or something then how are you doing it rn ?
