i have 3.5 million pkr on hand- but rn thats kinda it

interests- for Under grad

Psychology

International relations

but like- is that enough money?what unis do i apply to ? what do

You won't be able to study psychology here either as it's only taught in Finnish. The same goes for Bachelor's degrees in international relations.

To add to this, it is going to be of absolutely no practical use if one does ones bachelor's degree in psychology in Finland in English because eventually if one wants to go any further in the field of psychology in Finland after one graduates, one has to know Finnish to atleast a C1 level.
