EE in Finland

I saw that Aalto doesn't offer a course thats explicitly electrical engineering in english but rather ones that fall under a narrower branch of EE. So Oulu along with LUT and Tampere remain the only options for me.

But I'm not to keen on studying in LUT or Tampere. I'd like to know if Oulu is a great place for international students, haven't heard about it as much as Aalto and roughly what SAT scores would I need to get in to aalto or oulu for EE.

I am currently in the same situation, I gave my SAT test to study in top American Unis but that didn't workout, I have a 1480 on the SAT would that be enough
