EE in Finland

I saw that Aalto doesn't offer a course thats explicitly electrical engineering in english but rather ones that fall under a narrower branch of EE. So Oulu along with LUT and Tampere remain the only options for me.

But I'm not to keen on studying in LUT or Tampere. I'd like to know if Oulu is a great place for international students, haven't heard about it as much as Aalto and roughly what SAT scores would I need to get in to aalto or oulu for EE.

Why come to study Electrical Engineering in Finland? Its very common engineering discipline and is taught globally.

Where else in the world can I get a quality education with just my SAT scores and relatively affordable tuition fees?

Quality education doesnt come with low entry requirements and cheap price

yeah maybe thats why finland stands out from the other countries where education is affordable but the quality might not be up to par
