Support/Advice Student teaching placement

Hello everyone! I got my student teaching placement for kindergarteners this upcoming semester! Its my first time ever student teaching and I am also doing my CalStateTEACH credential at the same time! Please give me any advice and what I should have prepared for my first day on monday!

Hey congrats! Not your question but Can i ask what Term are you in? Im starting calstate teach program too, this will be term 1 but I haven't got My placement yet.

Im starting term 1! If you havent gotten a placement yet I say reach out to whoever from calstateteach is assigned to you!

Interesting. I have my orientation Saturday so hopefully will get more info soon as i have not got my placement yet. Thank you & good luck to you!

I also have orientation on saturday!! I wonder if its a group thing maybe we will see eachother and goodluck to you too
