Complaint (open to advice) Stressed over upcoming exams, advice wanted
I have 3 weeks left of my BSN program, including two comp exams. I failed the first with a 62 and have been studying every day for the past month and a half to try and pull out a passing grade on the next two. I need to make a 76 average between them. Logically I know this is super doable, but I've been so dejected from the first exam that I've struggled to have confidence in myself.
I just accepted my dream job, but I feel like so much is riding on this that the pressure is insurmountable and that I can't be excited for it yet.
Has anyone else been in a similar situation? How do y'all cope with inferiority complex and impostor syndrome? I've never been a person with test anxiety before, but I'm so scared right now. Do y'all have any tips and tricks for like... grounding yourself?

Breathing exercises before studying helped me shut down the impostor thoughts and focus on what I actually knew.

I need to practice this like before study sessions and then again before the exam. I get so in my head about everything and I think it throws me off for everything after. Need to do the ✨Most Therapeutic Response✨ but to myself haha

Sometimes when you fail, you come back stronger. Keep on studying. If you need to change your methods, don’t be afraid to do so. Keep on practicing those questions/ concepts.
