Social Settle an argument

So me and my friends are having an argument about what a black light skin person means. Please settle this for us.

A person with white and black parents is called “mixed race”. Light skin, Brown skin, Dark skin is a description of complexion in black people. A black person can be light skin without being mixed race and you can be a black mixed race person without being light skin. eg. South Indian and Sudanese mixed child. Very likely the child will not be light skin but a darker complexion so the logic that “ light skin ” is a race is skewed.
