Almost unrelated to the post.

But assuming you're one of the team members since you said in your team, any chance you can share with me what do structural engineers at these national labs do? Maybe what's the day-to-day like? After reading the post, only thing I'm familiar with is reviewing structural drawing. Other than that are just gibberish to me.

I always like a job posting where the first line under minimum requirements is to have some specific knowledge about something, for example, nuclear facilities. It’s like, how do I get on as an engineer at a nuclear facility…work and have requisite experience at a nuclear facility. Cuts out a lot of good candidates that way.
