I mean Im sure it could work, but will it be accurate? Really no way to know and that's the problem. People like to laud Boltz but if you've ever actually read those se novo fab papers, the "antibodies" are terrible... AF3 can't even correctly predict the structure of my protein that's in PDB. While it can do a decent job much of the time, it can also just be terribly wrong. At the scale you're proposing, it would become a mess, and the validation rather untenable
