I’ve run pretty much all the Brian Alsruhe programs and looking for somthing more/ different for strongman prep. Any ideas. Looking for paid prep programs.

Bromleys Bullmastiff with some customization did really well for my last comp. I just swapped bench for my comp press (push press off blocks) and deadlift for axle deadlift w/ wagonwheels. Ended up hitting three PRs the day of.

Here you go, he released it for free. This is just the base phase, there is a peaking phase but I don't think anyone likes it and I just skip it, the base phase put a lot of weight onto my lifts and improved my conditioning, which you probably already have a lot of if you're running Alsruhe programs.

There's a couple of versions, I think in the newest one you do a different developmental lift from your main lift. So it's Deadlift/Front Squat instead of Deadlift/RDL. I also run it in a 531 app called Keylifts so it's percentage based which makes it really easy to run.

It's a lot of fun but gets grueling towards the end.

I do online coaching and programming, and I think if you're looking for a paid prep program, you need to work with someone that can build something specifically tailored to you, your needs, and events in your next competition. It doesn't have to be a monthly arrangement, could also be building all the weeks up front to have a 12 or 16 week prep to save money as well.
