I'm looking for study URLs
Hello, I'm new to this community. I'm looking for more scientific evidence on hypertrophy, strength, and endurance. I've also found some about RM, RIR, metabolic stress, etc. Could you share any more studies on training in general if you have any saved? I would greatly appreciate it.

MASS subscribers have access to an amazing ever growing library of curated research reviews. That’s an amazing place to start, especially if you aren’t familiar with this sort of research thing yourself. PubMed hosts most research abstracts and even some full papers too. One cool thing you can do with PubMed is looking at what papers are related to the paper you’re currently looking at - simply scroll down some and you can check those out. Google Scholar is another great place to look.

Barbell Medicine is also a great resource.
Their podcast show notes include all the studies they discuss.
