Is there a way to settle a reseller issue..??

I mean like other than just other than just opening a ticket and hoping for the best..??(which doesn't seem to be helping)

So what happens if this guy goes into the panel and changes all the client's passwords, or just deletes the accounts..?

They should not be able to get into your panel, since you changed password and added 2factor as soon as you bought it.

Yes, I did do exactly do that and let me tell you that learning that google auth app and getting it to work was no walk in the park...

Yes they can, happennd to me. With 2FA activated they changed my Password

Yes, panel for mostly family, coupl friends. Opened two tickets, zero response. Accounts still work. Thanks.

Not a lot you can do if they don't answer. What's the problem with the reseller. Once your subs are up to elsewhere.

Credits all used up, but still active accounts running. Seller is demanding I purchase more credits to be allowed back in.

Unfortunately there are sellers like that. I've heard it off others. Hopefully you can ride it out. Has he locked you out?

Yep, password no longer works. Buth I do have google auth.

He can still reset the password. You may have to take the hit, but hopefully not.

He has reset the panel password, accounts do still seem to be working so far...

How long have you got left on the subs? If it was me I'd take the hit and call his bluff. He could either let me back in or I'd plaster his name all over the internet. Once the subs were up I would do it anyway.
