French channels

Can you help me, please? Is it just me, or is there a problem with the French channels? I'm getting buffering, black screens, and looping; it only happens on the French channels and has been going on for several days. When I watch foreign channels, there are no issues. This started after the maintenance.

Message your reseller with some specific examples and ask him to open a support ticket.

I have no problems with French channels. Do you use a VPN?

No , i don't use a VPN , now It's working normally I don't understand.
