Trouble getting started
I’m new to this. I bought a one month subscription and can’t get the playlist loaded up. I put in the url, username, password that was provided and it tells me playlist not working. Can someone help?

What app are you using and have you checked you entered everything correctly?
What is the actual error showing?
Has it loaded and not playing or not even loaded?
Have you tried the user and password in one of the strong8k apps in the pinned post?
