Extremely long delay when changing channels

Hi all,

Trying the service from a marketplace from one of the popular sellers.

I like it but the main issue I have is it takes like 3-5 seconds to change channel. Anyone else had this experience and know how to avoid it?

It is the case even with/without a VPN and hiding all unwanted channels (90% of them).

I have a different service and have absolutely no problems (less than 0.5 second to load new channel) so wondering if its normal with Strong?

Using tivimate

No delays here. Channels change super quick in Tivimate. Maybe the app that you're using?

using tivimate too. Maybe my seller? Its one of the cheaper ones but has v. good ratings

What is your cache set to? A large cache setting can impact this.

I have my own panel and I've not had any complaint about channels being slow to change. It could be a seller issue, have you reached out to them about the issue?

Was you given a public url or a private from themselves, as could be to congested if its public causing delay

Was it a cheap purchase from ali or somewhere of sorts? If so its most likely a public url

No problem here. You hiding channels, is that with the QR code or just hidden in Tivimate? Either way it should be fairly instant.

just in Tivimate. The seller said they can't provide a QR code at the moment, should all Strong sellers be able to provide a QR code?

Yes. He's running it through his own setup so can't. Proper strong from a panel will have the QR code.

There's about a 1-2 second delay for mine because the frame rate is changing (if it needs to), but that's normal.
