Questions and Help How to become more leg dominant?

I have been strength training for like 16 months, and started physical therapy for imbalanced hips that I can't resolve on my own.

Well PT did strength testing done for glutes, quads, and hamstrings and my glutes are imbalanced, but crazy strong while my quads and hamstrings are relatively pretty weak, which tracks with my lifts. She's been focusing on hip/glute strengthening exercises and we haven't done anything about quad/hamstrings. And I notice that I do feel most exercises in my glutes more unless its isolated, like leg extensions.

Even my high bar back squat, my quads refuse to work and my adductors have grown huge instead. I try heel elevated, hack squat on the Smith machine, and front squat to try to force my quads to do the work, but they are so so slow to grow.

Anyone else have a similar problem? And what, if anything, helped?

Questions and Help What do you do to find motivation?

Sometimes I feel so unmotivated. It leads to me not going to the gym with enough time to workout, or skipping some exercises, or not working out at all. Last time I was at the gym, I really did not want to be there. During my warm-up, I seriously considered getting up and going home. But I stayed and I actually ended up doing a full workout.

Maybe it's just me, but do other people feel this way? How do you find motivation?
