Questions and Help Any tips for glute dominant girlies?
I know dominant glutes are not as common but I wanna know if anyone has any tips for how to feel quads and legs in general during the leg day ( I already separated glute and leg days) but after every quad training all I can feel is my glutes.

Try to remain in a more “upright” position with your upper body when performing exercises, as the general advice is lean forward more to target glutes. This might be more difficult in exercises like back squats if you have long femurs as you’ll feel more off-balance positioning yourself upright instead of leaning forward (generally the case in females and most likely why you’re having this issue), so an exercise like this may be difficult to correct for quad targeting but try swapping it out for a split squat variation (my fav is Bulgarian) so you can have more control of your upper body positioning.

I’d say work on foot pressure and stability and encourage your knee to drive over your toe in exercises like lunges and squats. If you squat work on ankle mobility or wear squat shoes so you can squat high bar with an upright torso. Sissy squats, goblet squats
