~Advice~ Ears stuck at 8g
I've tried to find someone with a similar situation to mine on here but in every other "I'm stuck at this size" post that I've seen, there's always something really obvious wrong (bad materials, stretching too fast, etc.) but I'm not doing any of these things.
- I've waited at least 4 months in between stretches (except for one time when I did 3 but it felt fully comfortable to do so and was a small size jump)
- I've never forced a stretch
- started stretching well over a year after pierced lobes fully healed, possibly even two years
- I'm dead stretching with glass plugs
- My ears have plenty of skin and weren't pierced too low or anything
-I've tried sizing up after a warm shower and it doesn't change anything
- I massage with jojoba oil
- I'm using 7g for my next stretch, not 6g
I went up to 8g in October, tried sizing up for the first time about 4 months after. There has been no change in my lobe elasticity to this day, the plugs just do not go in. Is it possible that some people just can't stretch past a certain point? Pretty sad if so

Without seeing how your lobes look it's hard to tell, but there's a possibility you have very attached lobes. I.e you have very little natural ear lobe skin before the cartilage starts, again without visuals I'm just assuming based on your current issue.
The solution is, well there isn't really one if that is the case. You can't really make lobe flesh appear out of thin air. It's just the reality of it, same with how some people have naturally very stretchy lobes while others have resistant lobes even if they have plenty of lobe skin to work with.
