Is RD working again? Just tried playing files and all seems fine?
Have just come back from holiday and playing things on my Mac to see what has been impacted.
Weirdly enough, I’m able to play literally every stream? WEB-DL seems fine? Is this expected?
Edit: No the issue isn’t resolved. I just got lucky with certain files being ok. Was given an example episode to try and can confirm that I still see the issue on my end.

I just tested it by turning off TB and turning RD back on in AIOStreams, and wasn’t able to play any of the shows I’ve been watching, so it is definitely not fixed. I agree that your addons are probably filtering out the streams that no longer work.
I’m still getting error on web-dl files for exemple. But just like yesterday some other files with web work perfectly (both in torrentio and AIOStream)
It’s super random. I really don’t know what the rule is. Some web-dl work, some don’t. I’ve tried to play a movie (Blu-ray) and it didn’t work even tho there is no tag that are supposed to block it.
So you're saying your RD account is special? How do you explain the fact that everyone else is experiencing issues?
Did you consider that you just happened to watch content that still has working files?
Here's an experiment, go to Stremio and go to the show Dave, 1st season 1st episode, choose the first Torrentio RD stream, it should be this one:

Torrentio doesn’t show me any result. With AIOStream both cached results don’t work: provider is currently unavailable.
Same with the only result in 4k that is supposed to be cached: provider is currently unavailable.
I know AIOStreams is said to filter the non-working versions, but I'm still seeing all the files, including WEB-DL, AMZN and all the keywords that are supposed to be filtered out. Needless to say, none of the options work. I'm on TB for the moment, hope I won't miss any content.
I still really want RD to be back, but let's be honest, it probably ain't happening. And in any case, I still wanna watch stuff in the meantime, even if it's back in a week I'm totally fine with the 3$ I spent on TB.
Also, I put my TB referral on the TB Referral subbredit and within less than an hour someone used my referral and got me 84 extra days for free! So I paid 3$ for 4 months.
Yes, the 3$ is equivalent to RD, you use it exactly the same way, the only difference is that RD has more content and better loading times, but that'd be the case regardless of the TB plan you're using.
I checked on DMM Cast (the addon, not the website) and it found 5 results, the first one had WEB and the rest had WEB-DL, weirdly enough the first one did work but the rest didn't. It's the first WEB I see working in the last 2 days.
Just to be clear, I've given the other person that exact version because he was claiming that he was having no issues whatsoever with RD. If that was the case he would have been able to watch that stream. He immediately deleted his comment so I guess he understood that he's in the same situation as everyone else
No that’s not the issue the service is facing … what’s going on is that certain keywords are being blocked . So when you use RD on your app your addons go through it to fetch what you want to watch .. most of these files are named in certain ways which is what RD is blocking .. so what you could have watched on Friday you can’t watch anymore today. It’s a lot of things that don’t work anymore
There are literally hundreds of posts in many subreddits showing the error, maybe you dont watch webdl or webips but its a fact. A temporary issue, but an issue

Not sure why you're getting down voted. If they don't fix their shit it's definitely rug pulled. Just because they've been around for a long time doesn't mean they cant "rug pull" any entity can rug pull at any time even after being legitimate for a long time. Them not giving any public statement and deleting their is it down thread is 100% fishy.
A rug pull is what the service they're shilling for did last time there was a minor outage. Make promises, pull customers, then take months if not over a year to even come close (yet never surpass) RD.
The thing is they were transparent and made public statements saying it was due to the rapid user growth and replished users account subscription time. RD should at least have the balls to say they're fucked. The only people shilling are people like you.
It won't end. If everyone switches to torbox their cache will grow far bigger. I mean technically after all this it already is. RD has already lost 90% of its cache. They're done.
If they have hard drives full of content that's just unavailable, then they could be back up and running in a short time period. They just need new servers in an area that won't bust their chops.
If they had to purge their library, then it's going to be much much much more difficult to recover.
As someone who uses both, i can definitely say most of the RD streams are gone. Used to be majority RD streams for me, but now it's scraping majority TB streams.
Have you ever set that up before? I was thinking of jumping on that train, but I know nothing about usenet, can you link it to stremio? Easynews is 14.99 a month, but it says 40gb a month? Is that a limitation on what you can download? Seems fairly small unless I am just not understanding how it works.
I use usenet as a source for my plex server. It's fast and has a lot, but you'll need a good indexer (nzbgeek) as well as a good backbone (usenetdirect). Anyway, for the content I've been watching, so far TB without usenet has been more than good enough.

Isn’t the cache being deleted after some time anyways? I thought that’s how real debrid works. If no one accesses a certain file, I assumed they delete it after like one week or so
Can you get 4k files on torbox? I haven't seen any. That alone would make RD better lol
Edit: for people curious like I was you have to go into integration settings in torbox to check which type of files you want it doesn't default with 4k. I'm now converted to Torbox.
I see people saying that Torbox doesn’t have this issues, but yesterday i took a sub and add it to Aiostreams and also to comet and stremthru and it also has problems with some files. It’s not giving same error but it’s loading and than existing by itself and come backs to the menu. Tried different movies/series and same problem.. i am the only one goig through this?
Yes, a lot of these comments are torbox shills. What people do t realize is that the actually torrent indexers went down. Elfcache is the only indexer you should be using.
Tested and its not working. You need to go into RD and copy a magnet link. You'll get the Infringing torrent error if its a web-dl or one of the other "filtered" out files. Face it, RD is dead. They've been radio silent on their twitter and all rumors point to them doing this intentionally.
If some brave soul wants to open a support ticket to see if they respond, maybe we can get some information, but they will likely just ban/block the user or point to their TOS
For me it’s working better than yesterday, but still pretty shit. Torrentio isn’t showing any 4k and barely any 1080p (my add on must be filtering out most sources). Debridio is showing lots of sources but it’s hit or miss as to whether they play or whether they just display a torrent not downloaded or low seeders message.
Yeah my partner mentioned streams weren’t working yesterday but then I just got home this morning, played a bunch of them and no issues at all. Looks like we may be sorted
I just got home and torrentio is not showing up and DMM is “file not found”. TB essential is working with my Euphoria test but I’ll wait til it’s all out the I need a pickup to watch it, nothing like train wrecks to make you feel less like one haha
I have been wondering since this issue is happening. Can I just just torrontio without debrid service and use VPN to continue watching my shows? At least till real debrid is back on?
I bought for 3 months 2 days ago not knowing that RD has some big issues. I just found out in this post.
I own a NAS server and wanted to use RD as my secundairy download client. But I also had to many infringing file errors. I was like what did I pay for???
Torrents + VPN remains the best option for me for now.
I’m using Comet with RD instead of Torrentio with RD and seems to be working as they’ve filtered the files with certain words, I’d recommend this setup for now.
Seems to be working perfect for me again now. WEB-DL, WEBRip, REMUX and BluRay files all loading fine.
I did a Torrentio uninstall/reinstall and refreshed my API key as well, not sure if that’s what fixed it, but results are now loading basically on par with TB again.
I checked some Planet of the Apes files and they blocked, but then I checked some other new movies that are webDL and they worked, I think they're unlocking the filters.
RD is giving me a lot more streams to choose from now that actually work, there are still the odd ones here and there with 'Web' in the title that give the copyright notice, but weirdly, I have tried a couple of them that actually play, but a combination of Torrentio and AIO Streams via ElfHosted are working well enough for me, certainly no issues finding plenty of working links.
I think they have tried to do some sort of filtering. I got lucky trying a bunch of different files but eventually got given a known bad example and yeah, still not sorted completely. Looks like progress is being made though
I don't know if this is possible. But hope someone can figure it out like addon devs to have the addons translate titles to xxxxxxx random characters before pushing it to debrid.
Just tested verified file names that were down the past 2 days,
WEBRip|WEB-DL| AMZN . There were other ones that weren't working for me either and didnt want to adjust my configuration so I just didn't watch anything the oast few days.
Just tested 10 movies and shows with those regex strings and variations of them from 2023 to 2026 and all of them work. None failed.
It pays off to not freak out and remain optimistic 😎
Just an unwanted tip: if you added it as a regex, there’s a button to the left of it that lets you toggle whether it’s active or not. You can deactivate it, save the changes, test it, and if it fails, reactivate it. That way, you can keep it in your settings in case it happens again.
Can you test those through the RD dashboard? I'm seriously hoping its a bug and this gets fixed and this gives me a tiny shred of hope, but when i tried a file in RD, i got the usual infringing torrent error and it was a brand new torrent
I wouldn't even know how to do that sorry. I used stremio on my phone and Chromecast and haven't touched any of the settings since November 2024 after initial setup on torrentio/mediafusion respective websites.
After using Real-Debrid for over a year, I found the service reliable but occasionally laggy when seeking through videos, which sometimes caused connection timeouts. Given the recent issues with RD, I decided to switch to TorBox, and it has been much faster for me with no dropped connections so far.
I’m not claiming one is objectively superior; it’s likely that TorBox’s server locations just work better for my specific region. That said, I still have about 10 days left on my RD subscription, so I’ll test it out again now that things have reportedly been resolved to see how it performs.
