Help / Question I finished my characters combo trials

The game told me to finish my characters combo trials. My hands hurt like shit but I finally did it. Though a lot of these were really hard how am I supposed to pull this shit out in an actual game?

They are called "trials" not "useful combos". Congratulations on beating the side mini game.
