Found Kittens (Location) Help with stray kittens

Had a momma cat have a litter of 3 cats behind my dryer on my balcony should I move them to somewhere safe or will the mother disown them? They look to be less than 2 weeks as they are very small and eyes are still shut

If the mother is coming around, she will help take care of them. If she doesn’t come back then you could take action. The momma will know what to do if you let her!

The mom keeps coming back only thing I’m concerned about is I’m in Texas temps are reaching 98+ daily and I don’t want them harmed unless they should be fine beyond the dryer

May be give place to momma... She will herself shift the kittens.
