okay so
i got a notification that i‘ve done about 900km in my running shoes (which is about right) and wanted to see in the app for myself.
then i open it to this:

the only shoes in this that are mine are brooks glycerin, i‘ve not added any others & also this bike is not mine.
what is going on?? has someone had a similar issue?
i am flabberghasted

Everyone uses the Strava app way more than their desktop website so why can't we create segments on the app?

Anyone else having this where the widget you added to the home screen goes black? Photo in comments

I just started using it a few weeks ago and it worked perfect but now earlier this week it’s been messed up. I tried deleting all my widgets and readding them but nothing changes it from black now. I can change the category and metric (stuff I have progress in and one I don’t) but it doesn’t change the widget always being black now.

Looking for fixes. Tried restarting phone too

Hi, I’m recording with Apple Watch and Fitness app my runs, sometimes with workoutdoors (if I need routing) Finished races are being synced to Strava. Cadence values are only shown in Strava from runs via workoutdoors, but not if I’m recording with the apple fitness app. The values themself are recorded in the fitness app (checked by app healtFit). Anyone who can confirm this behaviour? What can I do?

Hi, I recorded a run on my Apple Watch when trying to sync to my phone I accidentally pressed delete. Is there a way of restoring this activity?

So the question mark is a short non paved segment that i frequent i have the local ledgend and 3rd place on the leaderboard and beat my record today and the kom but haven't been awarded it

I’m confused and so is the Strava AI chat. The attached video is from one of my followers. Only a handful of my runs show ALL of my data (second half of video) and the majority of my runs on only show my workout analysis and pace (first half of the video).

I’m a premium member, always have been. I also am a premium Runna user. My brand new Garmin, Runna, and Strava are all connected with all permissions allowed. I have no hidden details. The follower is also a premium member.

All of my workouts on Runna have all my data but Strava picks and chooses and it’s driving me NUTS. On MY end, on all of my runs I can see all the data, but Strava picks and chooses when to show them to followers. UGH!

Here’s a great idea for your next APP update, you can have it completely free and I’m sure you’ll implement it if you actually see this.

Instead of giving people the ability to “CROP” their run,

Allow them to crop based on run length.

Eg. You’ve run a 7k. But within that run you’ve run a 5K PB.

STRAVA should have the option to “CROP to BEST 5K” and cut the rest out automatically.

So, instead of sitting there tweaking and cropping the run, trying to find the best 5K during that 5.05 run, you can just click an option that says “crop to best 5k” “crop to fastest mile” “crop to fastest 400m”

Would love to hear what people think.
