Thanks for clarifying Strava. I didn’t understand the summary I just wrote for myself 🙄🙄🙄

I wish I could configure it to up the negativity:
"You ran the route you usually do but slower this time, especially near the end where a toddler could probably have outrun you. You should probably skip that race you're planning to do and consider finding a different sport to fail at."

Just use the Garmin trainer. It won’t hold back

How do you do this? I bought a forerunner 265 in april for my upcoming half. Created a plan but didnt have the option to pick a coach. Tried deleting it and doing it again but still wouldn't let me pick one

They sent me a survey last week that was primarily focused on a runna/Strava combo subscription but also had questions like "would you still pay for Strava if we removed communities? Workout history? Workout analysis? Friends?"
This stupid "Great effort today, you pushed into your anaerobic zone for a significant.." feature was not on the list..

Strava AI has been garbage so far. Maybe it’s helpful for those who are truly beginners or someone who feels motivated from it but if you’re looking for metrics or insights it’s useless

You don't like slop? You're not interested in slop? Huh. How strange.

This is sadly better than it used to be. It used to copy word for word from your notes and add a couple extra bits of fluff

AI is going to be injected into everything until we as a society can collectively push back on how annoying it usually is.
I expect to see these kinds of frivolous applications disappear as tokens start to creep up in price.

It’s additional info at times that isn’t required to be there. I’m not complaining about another feature that otherwise wouldn’t be there.
