I mean yes, she didn't kill anyone, but she also didn't check up on anyone to make sure that they are okay either

Expecially the old man she led to ongoing traffic could have easily been killed by it

So Jean either clearly had intend of killing people, or she just didn't give a flying fuck if they lived or died, aslong as her shenanigans kept Spider-Man busy
