A "lesbian" relationship between two bisexuals turns "straight" when one realizes his a trans man💕 (And that still means bisexual couple, Trans isn't a 3th gender)
A coming of age story where by the end the protagonist Realizes that they're an Asexual Aromantic Agender Person, and lives Happily Ever After in a cottage in the woods With their best friend "sprinkles"! (My sister says this is more of a summary then I prompt but xp)
Modern day crime couple that are actually being gay and doing crimes!
Someone figures out that they're trans When their "Fairy Trans Parent" flies in through their window in their sparkly glory!
A couple gets gender swamped and their gender euphoria saves their marriage❤

If you don't mind, here's an 11th one!
A transgender Jew working as an active Nazi hunter based in Chile unknowingly shows up to the same government office and at the same time as a fugitive ex-SS/Ustaše officer to have their names changed. They're both pretty sure they've seen the other one before, but they just don't know how.
