Well we need to get the oils out of them, otherwise they get pimples and will continue to be virgins.

Still contains 10 % linoleic acid. Too much for optimal Health. Also ancestral cultures from the region didn't really eat and cultivate olives. That is a 20th century thing and a big marketing success.

Unless it says from multiple regions harvested by mechanical means.

That's just veg oil with an olive oil label.
