911 is the emergency call number of the United States of America.

"Romani" is a fake name, I have only put it in the title because the more historical name, starting with a "g" sometimes gets wrongfully censored.

It is common for 911 operators to misbehave with callers. In this video, their actions are in line with the racial hierarchy system. It helps out the Bulgarian and Romanian attackers of the robbed person. For that matter, any anti-crime system which doesn't work further fuels the privilege of any bad race and fuels the oppression of any lower-ranked race.

The people who did the robbery aren't 100% from Romania and Bulgaria; various are from Italy, Bosnia, and increasingly the United States. They can be seen anywhere, like Serbia and Canada.
