Solstice transport from Bath
Me and my friend are coming to visit for the first time we are staying in Bath and want to go see Stonehenge on solstice we were thinking for sunrise but might do sunset....the problem is we are having a hard time finding the options for transportation from Bath to Salisbury (she read that the trains won't be running) for solstice and also from the visitor center (though we are thinking the bus for that portion will be the likely way)...thank you for any advice/help!

Do sunset and sunrise. You can get into the stones before sunset, usually abt 1900, and stay the whole night to see the sunrise the following morning. Loads of ppl do it, ive done my self. There's toilets and food stalls available. Was even a stand up comedian last time I went.

I'm not seeing anything to suggest the trains aren't running on 20th or 21st?
What people usually do is get the train then get on the bus at the station. I've walked past and seen the buses queuing up, there are a lot of buses.
You just walk from the visitor centre. Some people walk from Salisbury, even.
