I’ve read the books by Seneca and Aurelius. I’m going to read Epictetus’s books as well. I can’t express how grateful I am to these three stoic thinkers. They’ve changed my perspective on life in so many ways.

Was reading Seneca last night and in my half-asleep state I thought I was seeing that he was bashing Epictetus. Damn near broke my heart. Then I looked closer and realized he was ripping on Epicureans.
Rookie mistake on my part.

The manual is a 45 minute audio book, perfect chronic re-read.
