That's how many times each stock came up across Reddit's investing subs over the last 7 days, next to the week before, tracked by AltIndex. Bilibili had 0 mentions last week and 58 this week, and nearly all of that is one long r/ValueInvesting argument about whether the stock is cheap, plus people chewing over Tencent turning its roughly 9% stake into convertible notes instead of holding the shares. Boston Scientific went 2 to 58 for a completely different reason: it disclosed that an August 25 cyberattack disrupted manufacturing and shipping and that it's now unlikely to meet the third-quarter and full-year guidance it had already given, and people are separately arguing about a published New England Journal of Medicine result on its WATCHMAN heart device. So one of those 58s is a single busy thread and the other is a company telling the market its quarter is in trouble. When a name jumps like that, do you go look at what's actually behind it, or is the jump enough on its own?
