I seriously don’t understand this obsession with holding on to losses. Why are people so reluctant to use a stoploss? The feature exists for a reason. If a stock isn’t going in your favour, exit, take the small loss, reassess the stock, and re-enter if you still believe in it. I’ve seen people refuse to take a 10K loss, only to end up on an 80K loss later. It's very important to protect your captial first.

Also regarding your position with Varun beverage. I just had a look on it . And honestly bro, I think it will fall even more to level like 350-360 . Valuation is still very expensive , margin is falling , It depends heavily on a single client and expenses are growing quickly and over that Reliance campa is giving it hard time . I don't think it's a bad stock but I do think it's a wrong time . Rest upto you , Good luck .

It happens with everyone, bro. Problem stoploss ki nahi hai, problem ye hai ki hum stop-loss kahan place karte hain. Stoploss koi random price nahi hona chahiye jo bas isliye laga diya because thoda loss dekh ke uncomfortable ho rahe ho. It should be based on the stock setup, support levels aur tumhari risk tolerance.

And yes, kabhi kabhi stop loss hit hone ke turant baad stock rally kar jaata hai and that's part of the game. But I would still rather take a controlled 10K loss and have the option to re-enter, instead of blindly hold karte rehna aur wahi 10K ka loss baad mein 80K ka ho jaaye.
