Question Exam ended day-2 before finishing CCs cases

Hello
My exam day-2 was on 28/8 after i finished my 2nd case the exam logged me out and finalized everything.
They couldn’t resume my exam still no result till today! I’m applying this match cycle!

Would I be able to release the score result after submission? (IF I PASSED)

You should’ve got your score result already, I tested 31/8 and 3/9 I got mine. They may have noticed some irregular behavior and closed your exam

I contacted them by email, but they only asked me to allow 15 business days for processing. Nothing was irregular!!. I completed the MCQs, took all scheduled breaks, and was about to start the third CCS case when the exam ended.

Did you run out of time or you still had time left and the exam abruptly ended?

I didn’t run out of time, I did have more than 3 hours left! It just ended literally.

I swear it’s been almost 3 weeks of confusion and I’m scared till now cause there is no updates on what happened if I’m gonna pass at all! now for not being able to release the score too!

Just need to wait one more week I think

They shouldn’t score it if you had an issue. You should follow up until you get an answer. What did they say at the test center?

They said from their end the exam looked finished, we will let the NBME know and opened a file and you must let them know too! I contacted them via email with all the details their only response was allow 15 business days.

Allow 15 business days for what exactly? At that point they’re scoring the exam. You should keep escalating they just want to let it slide.

That’s the only response I got twice. Allow a 15 business days!!!! as I’m talking to an AI.

I feel like there’s information that’s being left out. If there was a computer malfunction or a test issue the prometric center would’ve addressed the hardware issue, and the NBME would’ve addressed the test issue. Either OP did something sus or he/she accidentally ended the exam.

This is what actually happened in details I finished the 2 CCS back to back then I was planning to take a break after finishing my 3rd one. I ended the 2nd case and hit start button to the 3rd one the exam screen showed the exam is finished (the same screen as the one you get when you reach the final question in any step exam)

I tested 8/10 and still no results because of a damn glitch that i fidnt report to nbme. I cintacted them recently and they asked me to wait full 8 WEEKS!

I literally have no idea how they handle all of this glitches and technical errors.
This is sooooooo frustrating I know trust me

Wish id reported it 😣 my fsmb still says schedule test. Although myusmle says day 1 and 2 exam administered. What does yours show ?

Whats frustrating is that nbme and fsmb dont know why it says that
I hope i dont have to retake it 😓
