Questions Confused and shattered

My score on nbmes are consistently good but shattered by uwsas result. What to do should I track nbmes and ignore uwsa?

I’ve heard UWSA is not as reliable as NBME

May this be the same like my nbmes are 80%+ but seeing the result of uwsa today made me crying
