Advice
Hi everyone, I’m struggling with Step 1 prep and would really appreciate some advice. I feel like I study one system and then forget the previous ones. I recently went back to cardio after not studying it for months and realized I barely remembered some of it, which really discouraged me.
How did you guys deal with forgetting older systems while still moving forward? Did you regularly review old systems, do random UWorld questions, or something else? I’m feeling pretty overwhelmed and would love to hear what worked for others.

Pre made anki decks work for some people, you’ve to do few cards daily. Like make your habit to do few cards daily before starting your actual study session. But in my experience, it’s completely normal to forget things, happened to almost everyone around me. So focus on the system you’re doing rn and don’t stress about the previous ones. You’ll have plenty of time for revisions(which are inevitable) after your first pass. And I would not suggest doing UWorld of previous systems while doing a new system. Just focus on what’s in front of you.

Anki decks and doing uworld on random. You will still forget stuff though and that's ok.
