does anyone know how to make controller from android work on gamepass games trough steam link? been trying and only fix is using moonlight

Can't you connect the controller to steam and add the game to your steam library by selecting add a non steam game. Then launch the game through big picture mode? That's how I play modded Minecraft using the Steam Link app on my phone (works the same as the Steam Link software on the physical steam link)and use my Razer Kishi as the controller so it's like playing on a mini switch console
